KSrelief Masam Project Clears 874 Explosives in Yemen in One Week
Aden -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Masam Project, dedicated to clearing explosives from Yemeni territory, removed 874 devices across various regions of Yemen during the third week of November 2025.
The cleared explosives included seven anti-personnel mines, 366 anti-tank mines, 498 items of unexploded ordnance, and three improvised explosive devices.
This brings the total number of mines cleared in November to 3,765, raising the overall total removed since the inception of the Masam project to 525,499.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, continues its efforts to remove randomly planted explosives in Yemen, a mission that helps save civilian lives, particularly among children, women, and the elderly.
