Aden -- The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has announced the repatriation of a new group of Somali refugees from Yemen to their homeland, marking the fourth voluntary flight of its kind this year.

According to UNHCR, the initiative is part of its Voluntary Repatriation Program, designed to assist refugees who wish to return home by providing logistical and reintegration support.

The agency emphasized that the continuation of these flights reflects its commitment to finding sustainable solutions for refugees amid Yemen’s ongoing humanitarian crisis. 

UNHCR also noted that additional flights are planned in the coming months to facilitate further returns.
