Sana'a - A powerful explosion occurred at a military weapons depot belonging to the Houthi militia in the Sarf area, north of Sana'a, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries. 

The blast, which lasted for hours, caused widespread destruction affecting residential homes and commercial properties nearby.

The Yemeni government condemned the incident as "a war crime," accusing the Houthis of dangerously storing weapons in civilian areas. 

Reports indicate that the militia imposed a media blackout, preventing rescue teams from reaching the affected site.

While the exact cause of the explosion remains unclear, some sources suggest a failed ballistic missile launch, while others speculate it could be an act of internal sabotage.
