In a recent escalation of military operations, US airstrikes targeted the Thaqban area in the Bani Al-Harith District of Yemen's capital, Sana'a. 

The strikes reportedly hit three residential homes, resulting in the tragic deaths of eight civilians, including women and children. 

Several others were injured, leaving the community in shock and mourning.

The airstrikes are part of a broader campaign against Houthi-controlled regions, as tensions in Yemen continue to rise. 

The United States has intensified its military actions in the region, citing the need to counter Houthi advances and secure strategic areas. However, these operations have drawn criticism for their impact on civilians and the worsening humanitarian crisis.
