On Wednesday, the Yemeni Houthi militia announced that they had shot down a US drone in northeastern Yemen. 

According to their statement, the drone was targeted using locally developed missile technology, highlighting their growing capabilities in countering aerial surveillance.

Footage released by Houthi-linked media allegedly shows the wreckage of the drone, which they claim was conducting surveillance operations in Yemeni airspace.
