Aden- The  Yemeni Houthi militia  carried out a military operation targeting an American ship in the Gulf of Aden, with a number of missiles.
All American and British ships and warships involved in the aggression against our country are considered hostile targets by the Yemeni armed forces, Houthi spoksman says.

The Yemeni houthi Armed Forces confirm that a retaliation to the American and British attacks is unavoidable, and that no future attack will go unpunished, Houthi spoksman added.

 
On January 15 at approximately 4 p.m. .  ( Sanaa time), Iranian-backed Houthi militants fired an anti-ship ballistic missile from Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen and hit the Marshall Islands-flagged, owned and operated container ship M/V Gibraltar Eagle. United State. The ship did not report any casualties or serious damage and continues its voyage.

Earlier in the day, around 2 p.m.(Sanaa time), US forces detected an anti-ship ballistic missile launched towards commercial shipping lanes in the southern Red Sea.
The missile failed to fly and crashed into the ground in Yemen.
