Taiz -- Residents of Taiz governorate in Yemen have been forced to endure long queues as a result of acute cooking gas shortages, local sources reported. 

The scarcity has left households struggling to secure basic supplies, with many waiting for hours in front of distribution centers.

Witnesses said the crisis has worsened in recent days, with limited deliveries unable to meet growing demand. 

The shortage has sparked frustration among families who rely on gas for daily cooking and heating, highlighting the broader humanitarian challenges facing the war-torn region.

Calls have been made for urgent intervention to stabilize distribution and ease the burden on civilians.
